God’s home is in you—
His resting place can live deep within, just as surely as the blood flows through your veins His Spirit longs to move in and through you whenever you choose to open the door and invite Him to rest.
As you feed your body to keep it alive, you can also nourish your spirit— creating a home for God that is tended, comforted, and cared for.
Just as you protect your physical self from harm, you can guard the Spirit within you through prayer, worship, reading and holding onto His Word.
Allowing God—the Holy Spirit—to flow in and through you is a choice.
A holy decision shaped by what you’ve walked through, where you’ve been, what He has delivered you from, and the wounds He has healed.
The hope you seek, the comfort you crave, the desire for a safe and sacred place— all of it can draw you to welcome His light to dwell within you.
And once His light enters, you get to protect it. Shield it from fear, hopelessness, from the shadows that try to dim it.
Your daily practices— worship, prayer, reading, surrender— become the nourishment that helps His Spirit thrive and strengthens you for each new day.
You can choose to be God’s dwelling place— His refuge within the noise of this world. And in choosing Him, you will find that He is the One who shields you from the world outside.
Life will show up. It will bring what it brings. But how you respond flows directly from your spiritual condition— from the Spirit who lives, breathes, and moves through you.
